Northcroft have been serving clients in Australia since 1964, when our first Australian director, Newton Davis, established an office in Sydney.

Today, Northcroft Australia have project experiences throughout Australasia and currently have offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Newcastle.

Northcroft Australia is an independent and boutique Quantity Surveying firm who can provide a client relationship at director level with senior management involvement in all projects. This ensures we take ownership of our clients’ objectives with a high level of commitment and performance from our staff. This is proven by our track record with over 80% of our turnover being repeat business and over 50% of our clients having been with us for more than 10 years.
