Northcroft’s involvement with Hong Kong can be traced back to 1850 for the construction of the Hong Kong Government Dock Yard, and to a more recent commitment of the construction of the state-of-the-art building of the Headquarters of Hong Kong and Shanghai Bank in 1985.
Northcroft Hong Kong Limited was formally established in Hong Kong after successfully merging with QSM Services (Hong Kong) Limited in 1994. The merger has created a team of multi-national experts from different disciplines of the construction industry together with extensive local experience and network. Our office has become one of the nine firms in ArchSD’s Band I List of Consultancy in Quantity Surveying on 1st January 2007.
Since the setting up of the first China registered office in Guangzhou in 2005, we now have representative offices in Guangzhou, Shanghai, Chengdu, Shenzhen and Shenyang serving our reputable Clients all over China.
