Whilst Northcroft can be traced back to the 1840’s, founded in the United Kingdom, our Northcroft Middle East office was established in 1976 and followed by the Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates office in 1978.

Operating in Qatar and licensed as a ‘Grade A’ Quantity Surveying and Construction Consultancy by the Professional Engineers and Accreditation Committee of the Ministry of Municipality Affairs and Urban Planning. We have operated continuously throughout the Middle East for over 44 years, proudly supporting Qatar’s vision for the 2022 FIFA World Cup and Qatar’s 2030 National Vision. We are a Firm Regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Quantity Surveyors (RICS), which is a global professional body that promotes and enforces the highest international standards.

Our network of international offices, with combined common technical standards, means that we can deliver our services, both locally and internationally, whilst providing a truly consistent global service to clients with multinational portfolios. We have been serving and successfully delivering projects in the Middle East region and throughout every continent around the globe.
