Northcroft (Thailand) Limited was established in 1994 in Bangkok. We have carried out numerous residential, industrial, hotel and commercial projects in Bangkok and other cities in Thailand.
Our services on these projects have involved the delivery of Cost Management, Project Management and Construction Management in order to meet all of our Clients’ requirements.
Our office in Bangkok is staffed by both Thai and expatriate trained staff of various nationalities. We have assisted Clients and Designers who are unfamiliar with Thai construction working practices, to engage suitable local designers, contractors and suppliers so as to deliver high quality works at the best value available in the market.
Many of our competitors pulled out of Thailand following the Asian economic crisis in 1997, but our office has maintained a strong base of repeat clients who are seeking international and professional standards.
Our office in Bangkok has full range of expertise in quantity surveying, architecture, civil and structural engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, interior decoration works, and feasibility and due diligence studies.
