Northcroft Hong Kong Ltd. is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Eric Sin as our new Director from the 1st March 2024.
Eric has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry and has extensive client-side experience in cost management, project management and contract administration on a wide variety of projects.
Eric has project-managed and successfully delivered many projects, including adaptive reuse of heritage-listed buildings, commercial and retail, public spaces and big industrial warehouses.
Eric was part of the Northcroft International Team serving on the advisory panel for the Beijing Olympic 2008 in delivering a successful outcome for the facilities owner within the strict time constraint. Eric’s extensive knowledge of all aspects of the project cycle will help identify potential project risks and opportunities in a timely manner.
Eric is a Northcroft lifer and started as a young cadet with Northcroft. He became the managing director of Northcroft Australia in 2012 and has remained as a director of Northcroft Australia since starting his new position in Northcroft Hong Kong.
As one of the Directors of Northcroft Hong Kong Ltd., Eric will lead various projects and promote Northcroft locally and internationally. With his extensive industry experience and ability to identify opportunities, Mr Eric Sin would deliver an exciting and prosperous future for the company.
