Yuexiu International Headquarters Plaza is a visionary new development located in the heart of Nansha, a major government and business district situated in the Guangdong Free Trade Zone of China. Close to public transport, the development offers direct access via 4 subway lines to other important business districts and is just 1 hour by train to Hong Kong West.
But there is more to Yuexiu International Headquarters Plaza than convenient location. It is also an enormous and highly prestigious development offering deluxe residential apartments.
Currently, Yuexiu International Headquarters Plaza comprises 2 high-rise towers in the North and South of the site and there are plans to construct other buildings in the future. Within these 2 towers are luxurious, loft apartments featuring 5m high ceilings – a unique and rarely seen design feature anywhere in the world. The Plaza also features outdoor structural corridors to link the buildings and an aerial walkway to provide direct access to Jinzhou Metro Station.
The buildings themselves were constructed using leading edge materials and the latest technology.
