Northcroft Hong Kong Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Sr Andrew Chan as our new Director from 1st September, 2021.
Sr Andrew has been working as a professional quantity surveyor for 39 years in Hong Kong, Toronto, Taipei, Beijing and Guangzhou. The career profile of Andrew is mainly in the field of cost consultant and contractor firms.
Sr Andrew Chan stationed in Beijing for 27 years and delivered quantity surveying professional services for more than 300 numbers of projects in China alone. Sr Andrew Chan was Head of China North, and in year 2020 worked as Regional Solution Lead for Cost & Commercial Management with Arcadis Asia.
Sr Andrew Chan now base in Guangzhou and lead the Northcroft Mainland China team of 350 staff in 19 offices in marketing, business development, staff training, standard working procedure management, quality management, project cost analysis and technical advisory.
We trust Sr Andrew Chan will further promote our China team professional capabilities to serve our clients and explore more market opportunities in Mainland China.
